We're committed to offering comprehensive breastfeeding classes, judgment-free private counseling, and unwavering support to empower mothers in their breastfeeding journey.

Breastfeeding doesn’t have to be hard.

Let's build your village so you can get the lactation support you deserve.

Are you preparing for breastfeeding?
Are you struggling with latching or pumping?

I’ve personally experienced the grief and heartbreak that comes with not having the idyllic breastfeeding journey. My firstborn did not directly nurse for 4.5 months, while I attempted to triple feed and exclusively pump.

It was devastating!

Absolutely nothing compared to the joy felt when my little one was finally able to latch and sustain a full feeding. I believe in you - you can do this too!

Mama, you don't need to do it alone.

My ultimate goal is to empower caregivers with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions about breastfeeding, pumping, or formula feeding while fostering a positive and nurturing experience for both mother and baby.

Every mom deserves to have the breastfeeding journey that she chooses for her family. The Milk Lab is here to meet moms where they are at, whether prenatal or postpartum, to support and empower them wholeheartedly to achieve those goals without judgment.

Founder, Certified Lactation Counselor

Hi, I'm Stacey!

She made herself available to me virtually and gave me so much love and support.  She is so kind and sweet in person, very calming to be around.

She helped me latch my baby.  She has knowledge and experience with tongue ties and preemie infants. She helped me look forward to feeding my baby and gave me advice on alternating between nursing and paced bottle feeding. She gave me tips and tricks on how to heal and manage pain with a lacerated nipple. I will forever be grateful for this woman and I trust her!

Stacey offered me so much emotional and mental support which is a huge game changer for me.

Elisabeth, First Time Mom

As a new mom I had no idea how hard breastfeeding would be, along with all the other things you are trying to balance with a newborn. I was on the verge of giving up multiple times. When connecting with Stacey, I was met with compassion and support- I truly did not feel like I was alone in the process anymore. She was very knowledgeable and honest- leaving me with so many tips and resources every time we talked.

Needless to say, I did not give up and am so happy for that. Stacey gets all the credit for keeping me on my path.

I felt like she was ready to have my back and support in whatever
seemed best for me and my family, even when I wanted to give up on breastfeeding.

ALICIA, FIRST TIME MOM

Stacey has the ability to relate to new moms on that personal level.

Having felt that frustration and grief herself, she has dedicated her career to ensuring that no other mother has to experience that. She is skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, and a tremendous problem solver. I am proud to have her in my network of providers and that I get to watch the impact she has on her community.

Stacey’s strength as a lactation counselor is that she is driven by own experience with difficulty breastfeeding her child.
